Individual therapy is a time to focus on you
and to give yourself the attention you deserve. Making the time to address your individual needs is the first step in bringing positive change to all areas of your life, relationships and career.

Our number one goal is to help you create more stable ground so you can successfully continue on your path.
Change is a rather circuitous rather than linear process so our sessions will allow us to explore how best to create meaningful and lasting change you want to make now. You'll gain confidence in your decisions, develop new ways to navigate through life and its curves and learn to trust in yourself, your skills and talents as you create an updated and preferred version of "you" and your life.
